Rotary Pneumatic Vibrators

This range of high frequency and centrifugal force controlled  rotary pneumatic vibrators is used as integral parts of silos, hoppers and vibrating table for handling of granular and fine powder based substances during compaction process. This array of vibrators generate up to 90 dB(a) noise when operated under 2 bar to 6 bar working pressure range. Based on application type, this array of rotary pneumatic vibrators can be operated at up to 200 degree C temperature. Aluminum made structure of these pneumatic systems has zinc plate cover to resist corrosion formation. Continuous operation, filter and multiple valve based design of pneumatic circuit and problem solving arrangement are some of the remarkable features of these pneumatic vibrators.
